Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using UPS or Fed Ex and they offer ground or air service. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers
International Orders. All international orders will be handled accordingly 1. you must email order and request with full name and address and country. 2. All orders will be calculated manually through USPS which is very inexpensive, at that point it will be communicated to the customer with all shipping and product pricing 3.once an agreement has been established, fill out the International Order Form, once form is received and funds have cleared products will be ordered and shipped out upon arrival. We are certified by Authorization.net. It could take 6 to 10 business days to reach destination based upon what country you live in. APO | FPO | AE Orders. All military orders that have correct information the reallyleather's check out page will take information but will not charge shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated manually and will be added to your credit card once credit card settles successfully.We use USPS which they have a flat rate box program that is very inexpensive. Keep in mind the heavier the box is the more it would cost. Should you have a carrier that you wish that can provide you a inexpensive price please email us the information and we will use your carrier. Your package will be professionally wrapped by Reallyleather.com and Custom Forms, paperwork etc.,will be handled by ReallyLeather.com. Damaged Shipments: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects: If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service at reallyleather@rocketmail.com for further instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us @reallyleather@rocketmail.com. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number (if applies). No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (if applies)written clearly on the package. Defects will be honored for refund or exchange upon inspection by customer.
Return Merchandise Policy: Permission for any return or exchange of merchandise must be secured from our return department. Note: we will refund or exchange Product if Defected . If you ordered the wrong size or need a size bigger or smaller please contact us ASAP. You will have thirty days to contact us but the sooner the better.You must email the request to reallyleather@rocketmail.com with exchange request., at which time instructions will be sent to you. All exchanges or refunds will be processed once the original product is processed back in stock. Also all products must have original tags attached to the product and plastic that it was received in. If you do not have tags on or it was not our fault in ordering and was honored a return there will be a 20% restocking fee charged to your Credit Card. ReallyLeather.com. assures everyone fairness of all types of return issues.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number (if Applies) clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach the return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error: You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
